All Teen Mom's Farrah Abraham wanted was a bit of an enhanced pout, but what she came away with was a botched lip job and some scary duck-face photos. 

Ouch. Farrah has warned her Twitter followers to be wary of plastic surgery by sharing photos of how her lip injections went horribly wrong and left her in pain with a pretty swollen face.

Fingers crossed Farrah's face heals quickly and painlessly. :( 

The 23-year-old Teen Mom star is no stranger to plastic surgery, having had a boob job back in 2013, but this latest horrifying incident shows that even the most simple-looking of enhancements aren't without risk. 

According to TMZ, Farrah had opted for a new type of surgery, where an implant is put into her lips rather than fillers. 

The mum of one reportedly researched both the procedure and the doctor before going ahead with surgery, deciding that it would be a safe bet for her.

However, Farrah claims her problems started BEFORE the actual procedure took place, with TMZ reporting that she actually suffered a major allergic reaction to the anaesthetic she was given. 

Not good. 

As well as sharing selfies of her massive pout and her Nova patch, which gives her a powerful painkiller, Farrah also showed that despite the pain, she's still got a sense of humour as she shared this comparison photo with her followers: 

Amazing. 

Let's just hope Farrah is pain and swollen-face-free soon. 

This isn't the first time the mum has decided to enhance her pout, after experimenting with collagen injections back in October 2013. 

She told Life & Style that she was trying out the procedure because it was "something fun and it's not permanent," sharing photos of the results with her followers. 

Farrah is no stranger to plastic surgery 

She also underwent a chin implant in 2012, before having it removed a year later. 

The procedure reportedly cost the star $21,000 and took 40 minutes to complete under local anaesthetic.

If her latest surgery disaster hasn't put her off for a long time, let's just hope that the next procedure won't be so scary end in so much pain.
